This cafe is such a nice stop when in Rotorua. We and a group of friends were just travelling through and need somewhere with good coffee and food and it didn’t disappoint. It’s hard finding places when you google ‘cafe’s near me’ and then have to pick from a list. I feel you can never go wrong with a cafe inside a garden centre cos your surroundings are always going to be elite. The staff were lovely, the meals were yum and colourful and we went back for round two on coffee and a sweet treat from the cabinet for the road. Will be back next time

Absolutely love how they have menu’s printed out - allowed us to take a seat and have a proper look at the menu. Staff members who served us done an amazing job. My group ordered the beef & bacon burger with the side of fries, Eggs Benedict with bacon & the pancakes - food was well presented and full of flavour and was very filling. For drinks we ordered- 1x cappuccino with chocolate powder, 1x milkshake & ice chocolate with ice cream and cream. Not a single complaint from my table. The only reason I went for 4 stars with the atmosphere was because it was a bit dark in the cafe. First time in a long time that I have ordered a coffee and absolutely enjoyed it.

I am really disappointed with the service I got today. I specifically requested a large extra hot latte with not much froth. What I got was a latte (not particularly hot) with around 25% froth. When I showed the cup full of froth to the man who made it, the response was that I should have ordered a flat white. If you were unable to fulfil the request then why didn't you say so? I enjoy my coffee and haven't paid to drink froth. Nothing was done to fix this. UPDATE Thank you for the excellent customer service shown today. We all agreed that the complimentary coffees were absolutely perfect. The girl who organised this went above and beyond to make things right and I am happy to change the rating to 5 star.
